IMPHAL, Dec 11: A 29 year old man was today convicted by the District and Session Court Manipur West for attempting to murder his cousin brother on November 14, 2009 at Churachanpur district.
According to court official the case was taken up against the accused identified as Thangthianuam Kuki, 29, son of Chingmang Kuki of Misao Nhahvom Village Churachanpur in the court of District and Session Court Manipur West under FIR number 60(11)2009 under Churachanpur Police Station under section 307 Indian Penal Code after the complaint was filed by the elder brother of the victim with the Churachanpur police.
