IMPHAL, Feb 20: The Federal Academy of Dance and Culture, Imphal under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Culture, GOI, is organising a festival entitled, “Echoes of Cultue” and on the said occasion different Manipuri folk groups will take part and present their folk songs, informed a press statement of the academy.
