LAMKA, April 13: Chief agent of outer constituency candidate Mani Charenamei, P Lal Phaipi had called a press conference yesterday at the independent candidate’s office at Thangzam Road, Lamka, Ccpur.
Phaipi appreciated the people who have supported the candidate and the media.
The chief agent said they were confident of Mani Charenamei’s winning, and in case he losses, than it would be because of the incompetence of the agents including himself, and not the candidate.
Irrespective of who wins or loses, Phaipi said they will continue on their struggle to make Manipur a better place for the downtrodden, particularly the people of the hills, he said.
The chairman of the CCpur election committee for Mani Charenamei, Palian said that it is time for those who can perform like his candidate to take the stage.
