IMPHAL, Apr 12: The Office of the Returning Officer (DC) said in a press release that a 50 pages of Pamphlets explaining provisions provided under Section 171 B and C of Indian Penal Code related to punishment for giving or accepting any gratification in cash or in kind during Election process and threatening any candidate or elector or any other person with injury of any kind for distribution in prominent places was handed over to the Officer In Charge, Flying Squad Team, Imphal West District in pursuance of instructions issued by the ECI.
