IMPHAL, May 24: All the contesting candidates and their election agents of the 1-Inner Manipur Parliamentary Constituency that under Section 78 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, are required to lodge a true copy of the account of Election expenses with the District Election officer within 30 days of the declaration of the result of the election, informed a DIPR statement.
A one day facilitation training for all the candidates and their election agents and personnel to be engaged for receiving the accounts will be held on June 9 at 11am in Kombirei Hall at the DCs office complex, Lamphelpat, it said.
