IMPHAL, May 12: Residents of Thamnapokpi today handed over two individuals to the Moirang police station after being caught while trying to steal Computer sets and a Solar Panel from the Naranseina Junior High School last night.
Reliable sources informed that the two were caught by the locals last night around 11pm.
The two are identified as Hemam Priyokumar, 21 son of Noren of Moirang Sendra Road Mamang Chingjao and Tongbram Romario 19 son of Sen of Keirenphabi. A case has been registered by the police.
