IMPHAL, June 10: The Zillai (Vaiphei Students’ Association) General Headquarter has expressed its grief and sorrow at the sudden and untimely demise of S Nengdoulian, former president, Vaiphei Peoples’ Council (VPC) general headquarter, formerly known as Vaiphei National Organization (VNO).
S Nengdoulian who was born on September 3, 1947, died on June 8, 2014, said a press release.
His dedication for the Vaiphei people during one of the most trying periods in the history of the tribe and his sacrificial services to the cause of his people will for long be cherished and remembered, it said.
