IMPHAL, May 3: A citation and a cash prize of Rs 5000 were conferred on Loitongbam Nivedita Devi, daughter L Gopendro of Lanjing Achouba, of Little Flower Schools who received 95 marks in Manipuri at the HSLC examination in memory of RK Shitaljit Singh.
