SBI celebrates State Bank Day

IMPHAL, 12 July 2014: The employees of State Bank of India, Manipur observed the State Bank Day 2014 at Jawaharlal Nehru Manipur Dance Academy.

SBI Regional Branch Office (RBO) Imphal Lunkim Thangboi; AGM, SBI Paona Bazar Dipendu Dev and AGM of SBI Imphal Dulal Chandra Mandal attended the function as chief guest, Guest of honour and President of the function respectively.

Marking the day, Social worker Ipu Thounaojam Iboyaima, founder director of widow welfare association, Asia Ruth Niangpi Singson, seniormost SBI Official Aribam Chaoba Sharma, Asem Padamkumar Singh and Ahanthem Jugindro Singh were felicitated with honour.

The main highlight of the day were cultural program.

Talking to IFP on the sideline of the programme Lunkim Thangboi, informed that five more SBI branches and 18 additional ATMs will soon be installed in the State this year adding that 33 branches and 173 ATMs have been installed altogether.
