IMPHAL, Oct 5: Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh has conveyed his greetings and best wishes to the people of Manipur and especially the Muslims on the auspicious occasion of Id-ul-Zuha.
In his message, the CM wished for the festival to unite all the people in spirit of common brotherhood to serve the cause of humanity for a more peaceful and prosperous Manipur.
