IMPHAL, Nov 12: A three-day Winter Training Camp on Human Rights will be organised by the Centre for Human Rights and Duties Education, Manipur University from January 8 to 19 next year, a release of the organisation said.
Admission forms will be available at the office of the Co-ordinator, Centre for Human Rights and Duties Education, Manipur University from November 11, the release said.
