IMPHAL, Nov 12: The Public Works Department, government of Manipur will be conducting an open competition of concept design drawing for the proposed construction of a Memorial Tower of Khongjom War at Khebaching, Khongjom. In this regard, interested architect, artist and students can apply for the completion, a notification said.
Terms and conditions of the competition are uploaded at www.manipur.gov.in. The last date of form submission is December 30, 2014, it said.
