IMPHAL, Nov 4: The Nungsai Village Authority, Khoupum sub-division under Tamenglong District has strongly condemned the incident of burning JCB/excavator on November 1 evening at Nungsai Tubung area.
A statement of the Village chairman has appealed to whomsoever concerned to obtain prior approval and consent of the village authority while taking up road construction work or any other work related to the development of the village.
It said understanding with the village authority while taking up developmental work will help in systematising the work process, with co-operation from the villagers.
