BISHNUPUR, Dec 6: The Peoples`™ Resource Development Association, PRDA Bishnupur and the Green Manure Foundation, Imphal jointly organised a one day awareness programme on Organic Farming at Kwasiphai Maning Community Hall today.
The function was attended by PRDA secretary L Suranjoy and 60 farmers.
Free pea and mustard seeds were distributed to the farmers, while organic fertilizers and insecticides, fungicides were sold with reduction rate of 30 percent.
