IMPHAL, Dec 11: The General Manager of Electrical Circle No. I, Manipur State Power Distribution Company Limited (MSPDCL) has informed that the Pre-paid counters at Keishampat will be opened from 7 am to 6 pm daily with effect from December 21 for all Pre-Paid consumers under General Manager, Electrical Circle No. I.
According to a release of the MSPDCL, the counters are opened so as to facilitate the purchase of recharge coupon by the pre-paid consumers of Imphal town.
