IMPHAL, Jan 3: A man who tried to take out all the money from an ATM booth of the United Bank of India at the RIMS Hospital special ward block at around 5 am by sabotaging the ATM booth was handed over to the Lamphel Police Station after State police personnel posted at the hospital caught hold of him.
The arrested man has been identified as RK Rocky Singh, 35, of Sagolband Mabudhou Mantri Lampak.
