IMPHAL, Jan14: The 14 year old students who attacked his school teacher using a knife has been put into a Juvenile observation home today after he was produced before the juvenile justice board (JJB).
The minor boy will be reproduced before the JJB on January 17.
Meanwhile, the injured teacher who has been undergoing medical treatment at Shija hospital has fully recovered. It has been informed that she will be discharged from hospital on Thursday.
It may be recalled that the victim Khongbantabam Ongbi Nandeibam Ningol Nandeshowri Devi, 29, wife of Kh Alexander Singh of Senjam Chirang, was reportedly attacked at the school campus on January 12 afternoon. Nandeshowri who is also founder of Kingdom School Loitang Khullen, was stab twice on her ribs.
As per information culled out from sources of the area it is revealed that prior to the attack, the teacher reportedly went verbally aggressive on the boy for not clearing outstanding school fee.
