It is unfortunate for the people of Manipur that Chief Minister Ibobi led Congress government haven`™t started the construction of National
Sport University in the State. Instead, he is delaying the project by selecting a disputed site, Asnikumar said, appealing to the State government to start the construction of the National Sports University at an undisputed and non-agricultural area at any place in the hills or valley.
