IMPHAL, January 3: A man who received two bullet wounds is undergoing treatment at the RIMS hospital after he was admitted in the hospital at around 7.20 am today.
Police sources have identified the injured man as 23 year old Laltamang Hmar, son of Talang Hmar from Churachandpur`™s Phaizawl village. He received two bullet wounds in his chest and belly.
According to the injured man, he received the bullet wounds after a companion who went along with him in a hunting expedition last evening open fired in his direction. However, the police who are not convinced with his story are investigating about the incident.
