KANGPOKPI, Feb 14: Bomb Hoax disrupted traffic this afternoon near Kangpokpi upper bridge along the National Highway 2 at around 1:30 pm.
All vehicles along the National Highway 2 were stranded and panic loomed among the commuters for few minutes after an apparent explosive device like objects was found lying in the middle of the road.
The dummy device was of such sophistication that it took the security force nearly half an hour to ascertain that it indeed was not an explosive device but a light decoration flower.
Later traffics resume as usual.
