MOREH, Feb 15: An LIC office has been opened at Moreh for the first time today with a simple function attended by SDC Moreh Y Sher, marketing manager of LIC Sichar divisional office T Lakra and branch manager of LIC Moreh L Lhouvum and Kakching LIC branch manager L Leisan was chief guest, president and guests of honour respectively.
