IMPHAL, Feb 15: The Directorate of Commerce and Industries has notified to all 696 Primary Handloom Weavers Co-operation Societies of different districts of the State who have been benefited with recapitalization assistance under Revival, Reform and Restructuring (RRR) Package for handloom sector to submit progress report along with utilization certificate to the concern project manager (Handloom)/OSD (Handloom) of the district on or before February 27, failing which their cases/applications for other handloom schemes shall be considered on the basis of performance.
