IMPHAL, March 13: The bandh impose by the JAC formed in connection with the bomb blast at Khwairamband Keithel Temporary Shed on March 11 at Khwairamban bazaar, Temporary market affected normal life of the people in Imphal.
In this regard the JAC submitted a memorandum to Chief Miniseter, Deputy Chief Minister, Education Minster to give Rs 5 lakh each to the deceased person and compensation of Rs 2 lakhs each to the injured and also to give any government job to the family of the deceased.
Many shops remained shut and commercial vehicles were very sparse on the roads. Normal life was affected but fortunately there were no untoward incident during the bandh.
