IMPHAL, Apr 24: The Manipur State Veterinary Council has notified to those who are desirous of undergoing the five years BV Sc and AH Degree course that online submission of application has started for appearing in the All India Pre Veterinary Test (AIPVT), 2015 conducted by the Veterinary council of India.
