IMPHAL, May 27: After confirming that three persons including a church secretary were killed in an alleged encounter between a combined team of Assam Rifles and underground cadres at B Gamnom formerly known as Hengjang village under Saikul Sub-division in Senapati district on May 23, a `bullet-ridden`™ dead body of a man has been found in the village today around 2 pm.
Sources said the deceased is not a villager of B Gamnom. His identity is yet to be established.
The concerned police station had been already informed about the recovery of the dead body. However, police have not arrived at the area and retrieve the dead body till late evening, the sources added.
