IMPHAL, May 27: Muslim Council Manipur, General Secretary Haji Arafat Ali in a separate meeting said that Kanarjit should be booked under the law. He has carried out many condemnable actions and is a blackmailer. Alleging a minister of unfounded crimes should not go unpunished, he said.
