IMPHAL, May 5: The All India Postal Employees Union, P-III has said in a press release that the proposed indefinite strike of Postal Joint Council of Action stand deferred based on the assurance given by the Minister of Communications, Ravi Shankar Prasad during the meeting held with both Secretary General of National Federation of Postal Employees (NFPE) and Federation of National Postal Organisation (FNPO) in presence of Secretary (P), member (HRD) and DDG (SR) of Department of Posts, India at Sanchar Bhawan New Delhi at 1 pm on May 5.
