KANGPOKPI, Jun.16: Elected Indian National Congress candidate from 7-Keithelmanbi District Council Constituency rejoiced in the Lord for his success in the recently concluded 5th ADC Election, 2015 at Keithelmanbi village in Champhai Sub Division today.
Traditionally organized and spiritual way of jubilation of the INC candidate has been attended by Haokholal Hangshing, who is also the elected uncontested INC candidate of Kangpokpi DCC and Lamkholen Kipgen, elected INC candidate of Tujang DCC.
