IMPHAL, Jun 17: In exercise of the power conferred by the constitution of Indian National Congress (INC), president of Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee has approved the joining of Kh Morung, Independent Member of 02-Machi, Autonomous District Council, Chandel and Th Joy Lamkang, Independent Member of 08-Komlathabi, Autonomous District Council, Chandel in the INC with immediate effect, conveyed a press release issued by General Secretary (Admin) of MPCC.
