IMPHAL, June 22: The GPRN/NSCN- Reformation has warned the people not to pay any kind of revenue taxes or donation to Gaising Maringmei alias Keising who proclaimed to be the finance revenue secretary of NSCN/GPRN for the southern zone.
In a statement issued by TR Aron secretary information and publicity secretary, of the outfit (Zeliangrong region) has urged the people to ignore and abstain from paying whatever form of monetary assistance, it said adding that anyone found doing so must take their own risk in the event of any unwanted outcome for their action.
The self proclaimed secretary of the finance, Gaising, had been arrested by the security force in Nungba and later lodged in central Jail Sajiwa.
Moreover, it further pointed out that there is no longer so called GPRN/NSCN (K) in southern zone of Naga inhabited area, when it had officially announced its merger with NSCN(R).
Since the Naga wants to prevail peace in every corner of the land and totally against bloodshed, it affirmed that `the outfit will not allow a single rotten apple like Gaising to ruin the aspiration of the people`.
Given the circumstance, it appealed the Naga peoples to co-operate with GPRN/NSCN (Reformation) in their endeavour.
