IMPHAL, Jun 30: Two accused behind the kidnapping and murder of baby Lungnila Elizabeth were produced before the Court of the District and Sessions Judge, Manipur West at Cheirap Court Complex today.
The accused namely Th Nando and James Kuki have been charge sheeted by the CBI in connection with the murder of baby Elizabeth under Cril Misc (B) case number 37 of 2014.
A prosecution witness deposed before the Court today in connection with the case.
It may be mentioned that two prosecution witnesses failed to depose before the said Court yesterday.
