IMPHAL, Jun 29: Two accused in the murder case of Lungnila Elizabeth, a student of Little Flower School, who was mercilessly killed after being abducted for ransom, were produced before the court of District Sessions Judge/Manipur West at Uripok Cheirap Court complex today in connection with the charge sheets framed by Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) which is investigating the case.
The two accused facing sessions trial under Cril Misc (B) Case No 37 of 2014 Ref Sessions Trial No 1/2008/53/2013 (300013/2013) (FIR No RC 5/S/04-Kol, CBI, SCB, Kolkata) have been identified as Letkhosei Haokip alias James Kuki and Th Nando alais Nanao.
Deposition of two prosecution witnesses of the case was supposed to take before the court along with producing the two accused. However, the two prosecution witnesses failed to turn up.
