IMPHAL, Jul 8: NCP MLA of Keishamthong Constituency L Ibomcha Singh raised the issue of implementation of Inner Line Permit System in the state during the zero hour of the ongoing 11th Session of the 10th Manipur Legislative Assembly today.
He expressed that all the 57 MLAs of the House would be facing the impact of the incident where effigies of the MLAs were found hanging along the Thangmeiband road yesterday and appealed for joint discussion on the ILP issue during the zero hour session.
