IMPHAL, Aug 10: Taking strong exception to the selling of daily essential commodities in higher rate by businessmen taking advantage of bandh, blockade and natural calamities, All Clubs, Organizations, Associations and Meira Paibi Lup (ACOAM Lup) demanded the government to order the concerned department to intervene into the matter at the earliest.
The organization declared that it will take up necessary action against those businessmen who are creating manmade inflation in case the government fails to intervene into the matter for the sake of the people.
