IMPHAL, Sept 8: In connection with the ongoing trial against the chairman of the outlawed United National Liberation Front (UNLF) RK Meghen alias Sanayaima and several others key leaders of the outfit in the Special Court of NIA, Guwahati; deposition of another prosecution witness of the case was taken.
The prosecution witness is identified as Moirangthem Loken Singh, Chief Engineer of Public Works Department (PWD). He is the prosecution witness number 83 of the case.
Along with taking his deposition, RK Meghen along with other leaders of the outfit was produced before the court.
RK Meghen alias Sanayaima and other leaders of the outfit are facing trial in the court based on the charge sheets framed by NIA against them after their arrest.
