IMPHAL, September 18: The United Naga Council organised a Naga Public Rally at Tamenglong district on September 14 and submitted a memorandum to the Prime Minister demanding translation of the historic Indo-Naga Peace Accord of August 3 into logical conclusion based on uniqueness of Naga history and its situation and condemning the Bills and Resolutions passed by the Manipur Legislative Assembly on August 31.
