IMPHAL, September 11: The Zeliangrong United Front has charged cadres of the NSCN (IM) of misbehaving and entering a house forcibly with the intention of molesting a woman.
In a press release, the ZUF has condemned that the NSCN (IM) cadres led by its secretary Zeliad Region, Athimpou entered the house of the woman by breaking the lock though they found no one inside.
It charged that the intention of the NSCN (IM) cadres was to misbehave with the woman who they probably thought was in the house, and left behind by her husband some time back.
The press release issued by ZUF information and publicity secretary A Longmei said the ZUF strongly condemn the barbaric act and will not allow such cowardly misbehaviour against the Zeliangrong people.
Unwanted behaviours of the NSCN (IM) harm the people and the ZUF will act against such act accordingly, it said.
Right thinking citizens and the Zeliangrong people should unite against such a shameful act, it said.
