CHANDEL, Oct 4: The Chandel Naga People`™s Organisation`™s (CNPO) Development Monitoring Cell comprising of public leaders, area village chiefs along with the concerned EE, SO and contractors of Project Implementing Unit (PIU) on Saturday inspected the Chandel – Pallel Road.
The tour according to the Cell was taken out to assess actual status of the ongoing renovation, rehabilitation and repairing of the work implemented by PIU under the finance if Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.
Briefing media, leader of the cell, Kanral conveyed that the PIU wood ensure quality in completing the unfinished portion of the road.
The PIU would also filled up and mend potholes and repair the bailey bridge at Liwa Sarei, he added.
