IMPHAL, Oct 17: Even as the Commission of Inquiry constituted in the death of Sapam Robinhood Singh, continued today held at the State Guest House, Sanjenthong, Imphal before Justice Mutum Binoy Kumar Singh Commission of Inquiry, two witnesses summoned by the commissioned failed to appear before it.
The witnesses who did turned up today were the managing directors of the Public Hospital, Hatta and Raj Medicity, North AOC.
Nevertheless, the commission has fixed October 26 as the date for the next proceeding.
Altogether 11 witnesses have deposed before the commission with the latest three witnesses who appeared before the commission yesterday.
