IMPHAL, November 11: A retrospective of fourteen films honouring fifteen times National Films Award Winner Aribam Syam Sharma for his contribution as a director, music composer, and actor will be one of the major highlights in the 46th International Film Festival of India, (IFFI) to be held from November 20 to 30 at Goa, said a statement issued by G Ashutosh, Manager Aribam Syam Sharma Productions.
It said that the fourteen films which includes features and non features, are `Ishanou`™., `Imagi Ningthem`™, `Matamgi Manipur`™, `Paari`™, `Olangthagee Wangmadasoo`™, `Koro Kosii-The Gate`™, `The Marams`™, `The Deer on the Lake`™, `Lai Haraoba`™, `Meitei Pung`™, `The Monapas of Arunachal Pradesh`™, `Orchids of Manipur`™, `Yelhou Jagoi`™ and `Manipuri Pony`™.
Three leading actors of the above mentioned films including Yengkhom Roma, Ksh Rashi and Taorem Leikhendra have also been invited to be part of the festival, it further said.
Aribam Syam Sharma also served as the chairperson of the Jury for selection of feature films of the Indian Panorama 2015, it said.
