While appealing all the general public to co-operate and bear further, Doumang Haokip told that inspite of opting and filling up the examination centre code of United College, Lambung in Chandel District in the examination form of D.El. Ed. 2nd Years Examination, on what ground the IGNOU`™s Regional Director shifted the Examination Centre at Lamding Model High School in Thoubal District, questioned the President.
