IMPHAL, Nov 4: Lungnila Elizabeth’s 12th Death Anniversary was observed today at the Kiyamgei Heibong Makhong, Imphal organised by the JP Bros & Company under the theme of brotherhood among the people of Hills and the Valley.
Encouraging work culture without a sense of nationalism is meaningless, said social scientist Dhanabir Laishram during the observation.
He said the present state of dissonance witnessed among the hills and the valley people are all due to miscommunications.
The observation of the death anniversary of Lungnila Elizabeth will certainly help in bridging this gap, he observed.
Meanwhile, floral tributes were paid to a portrait of Lungnila Elizabeth during the observation which was followed by devotional songs performances.
