Imphal, Nov 7: The Union Minister of State Commerce and Industries, Nirmala Sitharaman is to arrive in Imphal on 8th November for campaigning the bye elections.
Speaking to the media in the regard, M Asnikumar, general secretary administration and convener of state election campaign committee of BJP said that the Minister will arrive to Imphal Airport at around 9 am and will visit the residence of Khumukcham Joykisan of Thangmeiband for attending his flag hoisting ceremony.
After the function the Union Minister will visit the business community of Bazar (Dharmasala). Later, she will attend a political campaign at Thongam Bishwajit’s residential area at Kongba Changabi ground which falls under Thongju Constituency at around 12:30 pm. After the public meeting she will leave Imphal for Delhi.
