IMPHAL, Dec 30: Not to create any confusion and misinterpretation to the earlier notice of December 26, Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BSEM) clarified that Additional English is reintroduced/reinstated as an option in lieu of First Language (MIL subjects) in the scheme of studies for Classes IX and X only for indigenous scheduled tribe students domiciled in Manipur irrespective of whether their mother-tongue have been recognized as MIL subjects or not by the Board until further orders.
