KANGPOKPI, January 24: Election of Kuki Students’ Organization, Saikul Block will be conducted on January 29.
Earlier, the present executives of KSO Saikul Block whose term had been expired five months back were mandated to continue until further order by the Kuki Students’ Organization Sadar Hills in last September.
According to the election notification of KSO Sadar Hills, election of KSO Saikul Block will be held on January 29 and all necessary arrangement for the election including nomination, scrutiny, withdrawal, etc. will be the responsibility of Kuki Inpi Saikul Gamkai.
Thangminlen Kipgen, president of KSO Sadar Hills expressed gratitude to all the KSO Saikul Block executives who work sincerely till date as mandated by the student body after expiry of their term for the welfare of the people and the student community in particular.
He appealed to the general public of Saikul Gamkai to render cooperation towards the Kuki Inpi Saikul Gamkai and KSO for smooth and successful conduct of the election.
