IMPHAL, Jan 4: Expressing condolence on the death of six persons in the massive earthquake measuring 6.8 Richter scale at around 4.30 am today, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Manipur shares the grief of the bereaved families.
Talking to this daily, state co-ordinator of AAP Manipur Thoudam Manihar Singh said the sudden occurrence of the devastating earthquake has shocked the State.
He prayed for non-occurrence of such deadly natural calamity in future.
He also wished for speedy recovery of those injured who are undergoing treatment in hospitals.
Communist Party of India (Marxist), Manipur State Committee; CPI Manipur State Council; Democratic Students’ Alliance of Manipur (DESAM); Volunteers for Disaster Response Manipur (VDRM) and Joint Committee on Inner Line Permit System (JCILPS) also mourned the death and injuries in the natural calamity.
