IMPHAL, Jan 16: Security forces recovered a carry bag containing assorted ammunitions at the foothill of Pukhao Ahallup along the Imphal-Siakul under Sagolmang Police station early morning today.
According to reports the bag (black polythene) was found around 9.10 by a combined team of Imphal East district police commandos and 16 Assam Rifles.
The bag contains 300 live rounds of M-16 Rifles, 44 live rounds of AK-47 Rifles, two detonators, two live shells of Lethode and a magazine of country made pistol.
