IMPHAL, Feb 22: Development Commissioner for Handlooms under Ministry of Textiles, Government of India has reconstituted “All India Handloom Board“ for the development of handlooms sector.
In this regard, two women from the State namely designer Indira Chirom from Thangmeiband Lairenhanjaba Leikai, Imphal West and Oinam Indira Devi from Thoubal Wangmataba have been nominated as members of the board for a period of two years.
