IMPHAL, Apr 9: 12 Assam Rifles of 26 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) conducted an interaction programme with students of Middle School at Sita Village in Chandel district on April 6, said a press release of PRO IGAR (S).
It added that the aim of the programme was to encourage the students to be responsible citizens and contribute towards the betterment of the nation in every field.
On the other hand, 12 Assam Rifles of 26 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) organised a lecture on Basic First Aid at Kampang Khunou Village in Chandel district on April 7.
Medical Officer of the unit delivered the lecture.
