IMPHAL, Apr 4: Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee president TN Haokip left Imphal today for the national capital where he will meet the AICC president Sonia Gandhi and Manipur in charge Narayan Swami among others tomorrow.
During his meeting with the party leaders, the newly appointed president will try to find a decisive solution to the present demand of the party’s dissident group of MLAs for a cabinet reshuffle in the State.
Sources also informed that Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh and deputy Chief Minister Gaikhangam who were supposed to accompany the MPCC president will soon leave for the national capital.
